FAQs

  • I am located in a residential area of Omaha, Nebraska. I do not have a store front. I operate out of my home in compliance with Nebraska Cottage Food Law. This means that my kitchen is not subject to inspection by the health department, but I am required to maintain my certification through an accredited Food Safety Training Course and follow proper cleaning and sanitization protocols.

  • At this time, I am a one woman show! Outside of this business, I often bake with my daughter or friends. However, to comply with the regulations, any goods offered for sale are produced only by me.

  • I am currently working on expanding my recipe collection to include gluten-free and other allergy-sensitive products. However, I have loved ones with extreme food allergies so I understand the importance of complete transparency on this topic. My baked goods are made in a kitchen that also uses wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens. I cannot guarantee a product that is allergen-free.

I am a huge fan of Andrew Fuller (@sugarfreakshow), champion of Netflix’s “Is It Cake?”. While I don’t “specialize in human body parts” like Andrew (I love that guy!), I am happy to make you goodies that look weird, gross, scary, or inappropriate as long as they taste amazing!
